Return Policy

At ACCEZORY, we ensure quality in every order. If you receive an item that isn’t right, our return process is simple and transparent.

🔹 Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product:

Is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Is missing items/accessories

Is expired (for applicable products)

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

🔹 Return Request Process

To initiate a return, email support@accezory.in with:

Order ID

Reason for return

Clear photos or an unboxing video

Requests are reviewed within 48 working hours.

🔹 Return Conditions

Product must be unused and unaltered

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

Items failing quality checks may be rejected

🔹 Pickup & Shipping

Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable

If pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the item back

Improperly packed returns may not be accepted

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Used or washed products

Opened or consumed items (where applicable)

Clearance or sale items

Products without original packaging
