Refund Policy

At ACCEZORY, every order is handled with care. If something isn’t right, our refund policy below explains how we help resolve it.

🔹 When a Refund Is Applicable

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

The item is missing or expired (where applicable)

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

🔹 How to Request a Refund

Email support@accezory.in with:

Order ID

Reason for refund

Clear product photos or an unboxing video

Our team will review and respond within 48 business hours.

🔹 Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Refunds are completed within 5–10 working days after approval.

Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our end.

🔹 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

Used, washed, or altered products

Items without original packaging or tags

Opened or consumed items (where applicable)

Clearance or sale products

🔹 COD Orders

COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI after return approval.

Customers may be asked to share bank details securely.

🔹 Refund Decline

Refunds may be declined if:

The request is raised after 7 days

Required proof is not provided

Product condition does not match claim
