9. ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.
ACCEZORY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Re-shipping costs may apply in such cases.
10. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package appears damaged:
Do not accept the delivery, or
Record an unboxing video and contact us immediately
Claims without proof may not be accepted.
11. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
In case of delay or loss, we will coordinate with the courier partner.
Resolution will be subject to courier investigation and policy timelines.
