Cancellation Policy

At ACCEZORY, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please review our cancellation rules carefully:

🔹 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order enters shipping.

Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, email support@accezory.in with your Order ID immediately after placing the order.

🔹 Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations for prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway.

🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Repeated cancellations may result in restriction of COD option on future purchases.

🔹 Cancellation by ACCEZORY

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

Inventory limitations

Technical or pricing discrepancies

Address not serviceable by courier partners

Suspicious or high-risk transactions

In such cases, a 100% refund will be initiated automatically.
