Cancellation Policy

At ACCEZORY, operated by Dynamicly Digital Fashion, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders can be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy, if applicable.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with the following details:

- Order ID

- Customer Name

- Registered Email Address or Phone Number

Refund for Cancelled Orders

- If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.

- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be applicable if payment has not been made.

Cancellation by ACCEZORY

ACCEZORY reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

- Product is out of stock.

- Incorrect pricing or product information.

- Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transaction.

- Unavailability of the delivery location.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
